Terms and Conditions
Rapid List Building with Guest Blogging training
These terms apply to your purchase if you bought the product before March 11, 2015. For updated terms, click here.
Unless stated otherwise, everything applies to both the Blog Level and the Business Level versions of the Rapid List Building with Guest Blogging Training.
Delivery: The product is delivered via email within a few minutes of payment. If you don’t receive the product within 20-30 minutes of payment, please contact me via email at contact {at} petersandeen {dot} com. But remember to check your spam box first—product delivery emails are often flagged as spam especially when they have an attachment.
Guarantee: If the product wasn’t what was promised, you can request a refund by filling the form here. You’re asked to provide details of why you think the product isn’t what was promised, so I can improve the product. If I wouldn’t ask for that question, I couldn’t know what I need to improve in the training. The guarantee isn’t time limited, but it’s a lot easier for me to process it if you request the refund within 30 days of your payment. The “I’ll help you guarantee” is offered to make sure your results aren’t hindered by unclear details in the training. In other words, if you don’t understand something in the training, think that something is missing, or can’t figure out why your results (even after writing several guest posts following the structures and techniques explained in the training) aren’t good, you can contact me with your questions. I will provide an answer similar to an answer you could expect from a teacher. So, if your question only requires a short answer, that’s what you’ll get. If it requires a long answer, you’ll get a long answer. The help is limited to max one hour per person. That is because some people like to abuse guarantees with no limitations. If you want my help figuring out why your guest posts aren’t working, I can read through max one full guest post and give guidance on what could be the reason for the poor results. However, I can’t promise a perfect answer; it’s impossible to know for certain all the reasons for poor guest post performance. It’s similar to asking a writing coach, “Why didn’t my novel become a best-seller?” The answers will be helpful, but not necessarily “perfect.” Also, I will only read a full guest post once you’ve written at least five to ten guest posts using the structures and techniques in the training (and all of the posts should be to significant sites in your field). This limitation is in place because sometimes people think that they should know everything a training explains before actually practicing at all. The point of this part of the guarantee isn’t to give personal help for everyone who doesn’t strike gold at first try, but rather to help people who actually put in the effort to learn what makes guest posts effective at growing an email list.
Updates: If I ever update the product significantly, you will receive free access to the updated version(s). For example, if I add an example, add a section, add a new bonus, revise something, or change anything at all, you will get the updated version and any new additional training materials free. However, if the change seems insignificant, I won’t send it automatically. Only significant updates will be emailed automatically. Note that only people who are on my email list can get updates. The system doesn’t allow sending emails to people who have “unsubscribed” from my emails. Also note that if I release a completely new version of the training (a “second edition” or “2.0 version”), I can’t guarantee it will be free. Imagine, for example, that the new training would include personal coaching for ten hours—and its price would reflect that. It’s completely unreasonable to expect everyone who bought the original training at a very low price would get access to the new training and all its perks. However, if I ever create an actually new version of the training, I will almost certainly give at least a discount to people who bought the original training.
Privacy: I will never share your personal information with anyone. Period. The only exception, of course, is if a court order would obligate me to share such information. But I can’t imagine anything like that would ever happen under any circumstances—especially since I live and work in Finland where law suits are rare, privacy laws are tight, and the concept of a company sharing any of its customers’ private information even due to a law suit seems utterly absurd. Note that when you buy the Rapid List Building with Guest Blogging training, you’re automatically added to my “normal” email list. That means you’ll receive emails from me that relate to marketing and business. You can “unsubscribe” from those emails whenever you want by clicking a link at the end of any of the emails you receive from me. However, if you do unsubscribe, you can’t get any free updates to the training because the system doesn’t allow me to send emails to people who have unsubscribed.
Copyright: Needless to say (I hope) that sharing the training without explicit written permission from me is illegal. I don’t mind if you let your spouse go through the training with you. I don’t mind if you tell people about the concepts in the training. But if you share even a part of the training with anyone (except your spouse), you’re committing theft. If there’s evidence that suggests you’ve shared the product (even partly) illegally, all guarantees are no longer available for you, access to the product is revoked as much as technically possible, and you lose any right to personal help from me.
