Conversion Optimization Report
After payment, the client is responsible to contact me regarding the report.
Time
I create the report within 10 business days of getting the required information from client. (Note: usually it takes four to five business days to complete the report.)
Guarantee
If implementing the changes in the report doesn’t result in a higher conversion rate than the site without the changes, you will get your money refunded. You’ll also get an equal sum refunded on top of the normal refund. (For example, if you pay $1,497 for the report, the refund sum is $2,994.)
To qualify for the refunds, you must implement at least 90% of the recommendations (including all tests and tracking systems that are recommended) as they are presented in the report. And there needs to be a statistically relevant and reliably tracked test (with at least 100 conversions over at least two months) that shows the conversion rate hasn’t increased.
By default, the measured conversion rate is for opt-ins. If the primary goal of the site is obviously submitting a form (contact etc.) or a direct contact (email or phone), that works as the measured conversion goal. If the site is obviously geared towards sales (e-commerce etc.), sales work as the measures conversion goal. If you don’t specify what is the primary conversion goal when you contact me before I create the report, you forfeit the decision of what is the primary conversion goal to me.
Help with implementation
The help you can expect is getting answers to all your questions about using the recommendations, the results they create, and your change ideas.
But I’m not a web developer, and so I don’t offer help with coding. That being said, I help as much as I can even when the topic isn’t my specialty.
