Coaching calls and emails
All coaching calls are preferably done via GoToMeeting/Skype. If you want to use some other method, let me know, and we can talk about it.
The calls are done between 11am and 10pm Finnish time (~7 hours ahead of US Eastern and ~2 hours ahead of UK). Note: There are no call times available during last two weeks of February, and my ability to respond to emails will also be limited due to a marketing convention.
If you need to reschedule a call, do so at least 24 hours before the call is due to start. I may not agree to rescheduling a call if you ask for it with less warning time—however, sudden illnesses etc. are, of course, understandable.
The calls end at the scheduled time, even if you are late. If I’m late, which nearly never happens, we can reschedule the call or extend it past the original ending time.
The monthly coaching calls start only when the conversion path is ready. Unused calls do not “roll over” to next months, unless we separately agree otherwise due to unusual circumstances (e.g., illness or vacation).
I will inform you of any vacations I know I will take as soon as I can—typically months in advance. If we can’t have coaching calls in a normal schedule due to my vacation, those calls can roll-over to the next month(s).
Guarantees
“100% – $300 money-back guarantee:” It means you can ask for your money back, but instead of a full refund, you get all but $300 back. The guarantee is valid until I’ve sent you your core value message or the first month of coaching is up—whichever happens first. If the second payment goes through or I send you your core value message, the guarantee is no longer valid.
Canceling
You aren’t obligated to do any of the work, but this is a 6-month contract, so even if you don’t feel like doing the work, you agree to make the payments. If you truly must stop earlier, I will charge for the already delivered services based on my standard fees for them—and even if those would amount to less than what you’ve paid by then, there are no refunds (after the initial guarantee period) for this 6-month contract.
Note: If you pay for the service before checking with me that I believe I can help you, I reserve the right to simply refund the payment and not work together. This practically never happens, but I don’t want to try to work with someone I don’t believe I can help.
Taxes (only in EU)
If you’re in the EU, I have to charge the Finnish VAT tax if you don’t have a valid VAT ID. If you don’t provide a VAT ID when making the payment or via email after it, I will charge VAT separately on the same credit card you used for the payment.
If you’re in Finland, I have to charge VAT in any case. But it might overall be easier for us to handle payments as bank transfers, so feel free to reach out about that.
Continuing after the 6-month contract is over
In most cases, it’s natural and easy for us to continue working together. You’re guaranteed to get the same coaching level (number of calls/month + credit for extra help) that you got during the 6-month period for the normal price of just the coaching calls (based on the prices mentioned during promotion of this service package). That price is guaranteed for you for at least six months after our initial 6-month contract ends.
Responsibility
I provide guidance and ideas. You are responsible for answering my questions, asking for clarification if you need it, implementation, and the results. In other words, you can take the credit for good results, but you’re also entirely responsible for any negative results.
Laws
I’m Finnish, I live in Finland, my business is based in Finland, and I deliver my services from Finland. So, I follow Finnish laws, and in the unlikely event of legal disputes, they will be handled in Finnish court (in Helsinki). There are lots of countries in the world, and they all have their own laws. I doubt anyone even claims to know all of them. So, if it seems the country you live in has different laws, you might be right. And feel free to let me know if it seems relevant, but no matter what, I follow Finnish law, and Finnish law is what our agreement is based on.
